Our Services - Water Conservation

Water is a precious resource that needs to be conserved today and in the future. Water conservation is also important in reducing wastewater discharges to rivers and the ocean.

Rainwater Tanks

Tanks are a great way to harvest rain water to use in your garden, allowing you to make the most of the thousands of litres of free water that run off your roof annually. Rainwater tanks come in a range of sizes, materials and colours and can be installed under or above the ground. Your choice of tank will depend on the size of your house and garden also the annual rainfall in your area.

Grey Water

Grey water refers to the wastewater from kitchen sinks, hand basins, showers, baths, washing machines and dishwashers. Used properly watering your garden with grey water can save hundreds of litres of fresh water everyday.

Lawns consume up to 90% of all water used in the garden. You can save water by choosing drought tolerant varieties that best suited to your soil. Such as instant turf and lawn seeds to suit all climates and soil types, fertilizers and wetting agents to keep your garden in great shape, wetting agent like crystals or liquid can reduce the amount or water your plants need by up to 40%.
